Easy Queen are a luscious & diverse rock trio lead by Audrey Howard with her sultry vocals. Followed close behind by THE greatest rock n' roll name you will ever hear; "Veronica Savage" on bass, who also leads the vocals on the band's witty & truly original "This Not That". And of course not forgetting Genesis Fermin on drums & backing vocals, who adds the cherry on top of the icing on the cake! All of whom make for one of the tastiest new bands in the Bay Area! Indulge yourself and go see them live, you won't regret it!” - DJ Webbles - KXSF
Easy Queen are one of the world’s most perfectly named trios. It is the perfect amalgam of listenable and danceable with immensely tuneful songs, bright, witty lyrics, and the masterful musicianship of Veronica Savage’s able bass, Genesis Fermin’s powerful drums and Audrey Howard's great rocking solos. ” - Vicki Randle (Tonight Show, Mavis Staples, Skip the Needle)

Bio

Easy Queen is three fierce, feminist, funny folx forging fabulously funky rock. For real. The Oakland, CA-based trio reflects the Bay Area’s energy, diversity, queer community, and creativity. Fans of Sleater-Kinney, St. Vincent, Portishead, and Juliana Hatfield will love Easy Queen’s blend of grunge-y hooks, shoegaze-y guitar delay, and pop-y vocal harmonies.

Easy Queen toured the Northwest and played dates in Sonoma, Portland, Eugene and Seattle in July 2019 in collaboration with fellow Oakland artist Katie Cash.

For their hometown EP release show at Ivy Room in October 2019, Easy Queen created a  DIY video of "This Not That" - shot entirely on their own iPhones in the photobooth of the Ivy Room!  Drummer Genesis Fermin edited the footage.

Easy Queen's music has been featured on KALX , KWDC, and we played live on the air on KXSF in San Francisco.

Easy Queen has played venues such as San Francisco Dyke March (twice!), Ashkenaz, Ivy Room, and El Rio, and is currently booking for an epic 2020!
